At Port Erie, we can take on projects of any size. While we specialize in large, complex custom and automated injection molding projects, we can create parts from 4 grams to 24 pounds quickly and efficiently. With 90 injection molding machines at our disposal, we can take on any of your projects.
Structural Foam Molding and Extrusion
With our low-pressure structural foam molding capabilities, we can create parts up to 7 ½ feet in length and with wall thicknesses between 0.200 inches and 0.500 inches. Our customers can choose between polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), so your products have all of the properties you want.
Mold Design and Tooling Transfer
Our in-house tooling room allows us to create custom molds and tooling for your injection molding and structural foam molding projects. Whether you need single or multi-cavity molds, stack molds, or hot runners, we have you covered. We also offer extensive machining services, including CNC machining and wire EDM.
