What We Can Offer You

Custom and Automated Injection Molding

We specialize in large, complex custom and automated injection molding processes, but we can take on projects of any size. With 90 injection molding machines, we can create parts from 4 grams to 24 pounds quickly and efficiently.

Structural Foam Molding and Extrusion

Our low-pressure structural foam molding machines can produce parts up to 7 ½ feet in length with wall thicknesses between 0.200 inches and 0.500 inches. We create structural foam molded products from polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) so your products always meet your requirements.

Mold Design and Tooling Transfer

With an in-house tooling room, we can create custom molds for your injection molding projects, including single and multi-cavity molds, stack molds, and hot runners. We also have extensive machining capabilities, including CNC milling, CNC EDM, wire EDM, grinding, turning, and drilling.

Secondary Operations

Our manufacturing process doesn’t have to stop once your product comes out of the mold. With assembly, decorating, warehousing, and distribution capabilities, we can oversee your project from start to finish.

Engineering

When you are paired with one of our skilled engineers, you can rest assured that you are using the right materials and that your manufacturing process is as efficient as possible. They will also make sure there are no defects in your product, ultimately saving you time and money.
