Our Services

Custom and Automated Injection Molding

Our custom and automated injection molding processes can create parts from 4 grams to 24 pounds. While we specialize in large, complex projects, we take on plastic injection molding projects of any size.

Structural Foam Molding and Extrusion

Using polyethylene or polypropylene, our structural foam molding machines can produce parts that are up to 7 ½ feet long. Wall thicknesses of these products range from 0.200 inches to 0.500 inches.

Mold Design and Tooling Transfer

Our in-house tool room allows us to create custom molds for your injection molding projects. We can create single and multi-cavity molds, stack molds, and hot runners. Additionally, we have extensive machining capabilities, including CNC milling and EDM.

Secondary Operations

Our secondary operations consist of assembly, decorating, warehousing, and distribution. We pride ourselves on being able to see your project through from start to finish—from engineering to delivery.

From finding alternative resins to designing for manufacturability to making sure the manufacturing process runs smoothly, our engineers are here to help. They work to prevent defects in your products to save you time and money.
